Lined with 2–3 oz Horween leather for a total thickness of approximately 9–11 oz (3.6–4.4 mm), it delivers strength, flexibility, and all-day comfort without the bulk of heavier belts. Finished with hand-burnished edges, rich red stitching, and your choice of brass or silver hardware, this 1.5-inch leather belt is made for everyday wear and develops beautiful character over time.

Size guide
- Lay a belt you wear flat; measure from buckle prong to the hole you use.
- That length in inches = your belt size.
- No belt handy? Add 2 in to your jeans waist (e.g., 34 → 36).
- Five holes spaced 1 in apart give two tighter / two looser options.
- Strap width is 1.5 in—fits standard loops.
- Need a custom length? Tell us and we’ll cut it to fit.
The leather
- Tanned in the USA, our full-grain, shrunken bison leather is dense, durable, and rich with character—each hide shows natural grain peaks and markings, telling its own story.
- Shrinking the grain tightens the fibers for added strength, while the pull-up finish shifts from graphite to deep black with movement.
- We pair it with Horween Tannery, a legendary leather known around the world for its softness, flexibility, and deep conditioning oils that allow it to mold to the body and last for years.
How it is made
- Select hides – 7-8 oz shrunken-grain bison in deep red.
- Cut the strap – 1.5" strip follows the cleanest grain line.
- Glue the lining – we use only strongest water based glue as smooth Haroween leather adds comfort & structure.
- Edge work – bevel, burnish, and wax-seal for a glass-smooth finish.
- Stitching – sewn in rich red thread for a tone-on-tone look; we can swap to any custom color you specify.
- Punch & size – five-hole pattern at 1 in spacing; custom lengths available.
- Install hardware – brass or silver buckle fixed with Chicago screws.
- Oil, buff, inspect – strap is conditioned, polished, and quality-checked before shipping.
